Big Nest
Welcome to Big Nest, a nurturing and purposeful learning environment where every child is supported to thrive, grow and reach their individual potential.
In the Big Nest, we recognise that every child learns differently. Our provision is designed around the needs of each individual child, offering smaller group sizes, a higher staff-to-child ratio and a language-rich environment where children can feel safe, valued and confident as learners.
We follow the KS1 curriculum, embedding essential early skills and building children’s knowledge and confidence step by step. Our learning is carefully adapted to each child’s level, with a focus on making progress at a pace that is right for them.
Children remain an important part of their own class and continue to access the wider curriculum alongside their Big Nest learning. As children develop and make progress, we continually assess their needs and celebrate every step forward.
Big Nest is a place where children are encouraged to believe in themselves, discover what they can achieve and enjoy learning along the way.
