Welcome to the Glebefields Primary School SEND page! Here you will find lots of information to share with you how we support children with additional needs at Glebefields. Everyone needs a little bit of extra help from time to time, and whether your child’s needs are short term or they will need support right through school, we are here to help and make sure that they get the right provision to enable them to access the curriculum, make progress and be a fully included member of our school community. Working in partnership with parents is key - we need you on board so that together we can plan what is best to enable your child to succeed at school.

We are always here to help and will be more than happy to chat with you about your concerns and what we can do to help, or what is going well! Remember though, that speaking to your child’s Class Teacher is always a good place to start. You will generally find us in the Inclusion Hub or you can arrange an appointment with us by emailing or phoning.
