Mr Bishop and Mrs Bate welcome you to Year 6.

We will be working extra hard getting ready for SATS this year but we will try to have loads of fun too! We are doing lots of work on our school values and staying positive, which is helping our own wellbeing. We know that if we can’t do something today then tomorrow may be different if we work hard, don’t give up and believe in ourselves. We will be supporting each other throughout this year both emotionally and academically. Sadly this is the children’s last year of primary school so we want to give them as many wider experiences as possible and get them ready for high school. We will be building our confidence, independence and initiative to give us the best possible chance of succeeding and reaching our goals. We aim to always be safe, ready and respectful.
