Miss Pound and Mrs Walsh welcome you to Year 6!
We have got so much to look forward to this year, and even though we shall be getting ready for SATs, we will have plenty of fun along the way! Staying positive and looking after our wellbeing is so important in Year 6 - we know that if we can’t do something today, then tomorrow may be different if we work hard, stay resilient and believe in ourselves.
Due to this year being the children’s last year of primary school, we want to give them as many wider experiences as possible and get them ready for secondary school. We will be building the children’s confidence, independence and initiative to give them the best possible chance of succeeding and reaching their goals.
